**$3,000 sign on bonus for this position**
As an outreach worker in the Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care Program you will get to work directly with youth and their caregivers in the Pioneer Valley and Hampden County. This position will provide direct intervention and supports in the community to the youth and family while working closely with Child and Family therapist as a team.
The Outreach Worker is responsible for nurturing and supporting family engagement, providing life skills coaching, and assisting youth and families with achieving individualized treatment goals. The qualified candidate will also provide advocacy in the areas of health, education, vocation, and legal needs as well as family intervention.
The Outreach Worker will need to be skilled in collaborating with the Family Team and state agencies. Successful Outreach Worker candidates will have two years’ experience working with children and families.
