Public Health – Seattle & King County is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Nutritionist II to join the Regional WIC Team serving north King County. The incumbent is considered a lead who provides support and directs the work/training of assigned staff, while being responsible for performing the full scope of Nutritionist duties and providing nutrition program coordination for a specific geographic area. Duties also include individual and group nutrition assessments, counseling, education, and evaluations, in addition to planning, coordinating, and evaluating nutrition programs for the site and community.

Necessary Special Requirements
Work location: North Regional A position will serve multiple sites throughout North King County, with a base site at Northshore Public Health Center at 13030 121st Way NE, Kirkland. The candidate must have the ability to work and travel to sites throughout North King County and drive a King County-issued car.
- The selected candidate will be required to pass a thorough background investigation.

- Employees are required to adhere to OSHA/WISHA guidelines including but not limited to completing required training on time.
Work schedule: The normal work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
