Eli's Sous Chef

Award Winning, Bistro style Restaurant on the beautiful island of Block Island (fifteen miles off
the coast of Rhode Island) seeks Sous Chef or experienced line cook to wanting to grow with a
from scratch restaurant that specializes in contemporary American Regional cuisine (with
international influences) and fresh seafood. Eli's is known near and afar for its creative locally
designed menu, intimate atmosphere, fun staff and great food.
The Chef's emphasis is on freshness, quality, and creativity. We are looking for individuals who
are relaxed and not afraid work, express their own ideas based on their own background and
experiences and work with the Executive Chef to develop them into a unique creation.
