The Administrative Program Coordinator is an administrative support position that assists the Director of Strategy and Operations in a variety of office support and/or administrative tasks including but not limited to calendar coordination, room reservations, and scheduling of meetings; office operations coordination, event coordination; travel arrangement preparation; meeting preparation; budget management/processing of financial transactions; data entry; preparation of correspondence, communications, agendas, and documents; taking notes; supply ordering; tracking of metrics; answering phones and greeting constituents. The nature of work is primarily manual. The position completes routine tasks with a limited degree of supervision.
