The Administrative Program Coordinator supports the department chair by coordinating and organizing departmental activities and travel arrangements. This position assists with grant and publication preparation for the department chair and faculty. This position supports the department chair and faculty by facilitating and implementing the ongoing research programs. The Administrative Program Coordinator assists with coordinating PhD student and post- doctoral research fellow recruiting and hiring, as well as, provide administrative support, which includes, but not limited to scheduling and coordinating the study steering committee meetings and the advisory committee meetings, coordinating conference calls between Tulane and national/international sites, coordinating investigators and students' interviews and traveling management, and processing invoices for payment.
