Operate office equipment, such as scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers. Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems. Schedule appointments, type memos, answer customer's inquiries. Contact clients to provide field operation support such as obtaining technical information, verifying schedules and receiving purchase orders. 6 months of experience & High School/GED required. 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (1 hour of lunch).
