Transportation and shipping company seeks experienced Assistant Logistics Manager for its West Palm Beach, Florida office. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, a minimum of 2 years-experience and one year of training. Must have trained in customer service, billing, creating estimates, logistics relating to delivery and transportation of goods’ controls, optimization of delivery routes and drivers’ routes. Must be able to coordinate and analyze the logistical functions of the company; must be able to manage the pick-up routes, to coordinate pick-up of furnishings, appliances or boxes to be brought to the warehouse and shipped to the Dominican Republic. Must be able to provide estimates; and create drivers’ routes. Must be able to deal with administrative duties including creating and operating procedure manuals to assist management; must be able to work with all software programs used by the company i.e. SAP, Sic flex, cloud ERP. Must be able to handle inventory control, and organize and coordinate deliveries; must be able to maintain records on outgoing shipments. Must be able to supervise personnel; have excellent customer service skills. Must speak and write Spanish fluently. Send Resume to:
