Must include 3 years of experience in each of the following: developing recommendations for clients within 1 or 2 Midwest Advisory sectors (i.e., automotive, building materials, packaging, general industrials & agriculture); analyzing the competitive landscape to predict potential consolidation threats & interloper risk & advising the CEO, CFO & Board of Directors on domestic & cross-border expansion / growth opportunities, incl asset acquisitions & other precautionary measures; analyzing historical & future financial returns of potential strategic projects & presenting quantitative & qualitative factors such as key financial metrics (i.e. revenue & profit growth among others) & competitive advantage to sr mgmt teams &/or clients. Such strategic projects should incl: strategic planning & benchmarking opportunities & assessment of potential targets in terms of strategic fit, size, actionability; creating Excel models to evaluate investment decisions based on various methods include: cost benefit & payback analysis, net present value & IRR, scenario based sensitivity analysis, internal rate of return analysis, cash-on-cash return analysis & pro-forma impact analysis; & conducting due diligence & supervising analysis on corporate transactions.
