Busy Orthopedic practice looking for a full-time Certified Medical Assistant. CMA will perform clinical and clerical support activities as well as the opportunity to have direct patient care responsibilities. CMA will have the opportunity to work one of our providers. 

Duties include but are not limited to: prepare examination rooms for patients, room patients, prepare patients for examination, obtain and record medical history, review medication list, sterilize instruments, order laboratory and diagnostic studies, schedule follow up appointments, schedule outside referrals, completion of disability paperwork.

Will provide other clerical and clinical support as needed.

Minimum Qualifications: Completion of approved Medical Assistant or Medical Office Assistant program with up-to-date certification; current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; ability to work independently and maintain a personable and professional attitude.

Schedule:  Monday to Friday
