We have an exciting career opportunity to lead a team of dedicated employees on our campus in Centerville, OH. The Executive Director will ensure the mission, culture, and values of our Catholic faith-based senior living ministry are modeled daily in our decisions and actions. We strive to provide quality, comprehensive, and spiritually-enriching senior services. Our beautiful 240-acre campus is one of the largest Continuing Care Retirement Communities in the United States and features independent living, assisted living, dementia care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, and adult day care as well as a community wellness center that encompasses a fitness center, day spa, and restaurant.

The Executive Director will lead strategic initiatives with innovative solutions that enrich the quality of residents’ lives and develop employee, community, and industry relationships. The successful candidate will be an industry-wide leader who is looking for a growth opportunity. The Executive Director provides direction and oversight for overall operations including regulatory compliance, marketing, clinical, and financial control.

To accomplish these goals, candidates must have:

• A Nursing Home Administrator license in the State of Ohio.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Ten years minimum experience in continuing care retirement community management.
• Proven success in building a team committed to providing exceptional resident care.
