Code Administrator/Town Clerk Pro - Tem
Town of Grand Lake Year-round, full time position. Approximately 40 hours per week with varied/flexible time slots throughout the week. Some weekends and holidays required. Primary duties are administration and implementation of code compliance and administration of building permits for zoning and design review standards compliance. The position also involves serving as Town Clerk Pro - Tem during occasional absences of the Town Clerk. Other duties include administration of various other permit and licensing processes and other special project assignments. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills, and knowledge of standard office computer applications. Applicants must further possess, or be willing to acquire, upon appointment, necessary pre-requisites to serve in the capacity of Town Clerk Pro-Tem. Local government experience preferred. Valid driver's license required. Salary is currently being evaluated but is anticipated to be in the range of $17-$20 per hour depends on experience/depends on qualifications.
