Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Part Time for Allergy practice.
An allergy/immunology nurse focuses on the care of patients with chronic allergic conditions. These conditions include asthma, allergic rhinitis, urticaria, and atopic dermatitis. Duties include providing direct patient care and health education and, in most cases, administrative responsibilities such as those of an Allergy Office manager.
■ Strong assessment and interpersonal skills
■ Ability to work with other members of the health care team
■ Excellent organizational skills
■ Advance knowledge in allergy treatment and management, such as allergy desensitization therapy
