Daily staffing schedule review/coordination, handling personnel issues, including recommendations for hiring, retaining and termination to the owner.
Review list of new applicants and coordinate with (QED) Qualified Entity Designee regarding background checks
Review and follow up as necessary list of new client referrals
Follow up with case worker regarding client’s task list and agency authorization for service hours
Coordinate with RN Designee regarding employee training compliance and conduct new employee orientation
Prepare and maintain financial data for care facility and oversee all facility records
Oversee all aspects of patient arrivals, intake registrations and departures
Maintain and oversee communication with clients and their families
Maintain responsibility for all regulatory compliance issues
Must be able to pass all required security/drug/alcohol checks upon hire. Must have permanent work authorization to work in the U.S. May be periodically on call during weekends.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
2 years of managerial, administrative, or medical/healthcare experience.
