Nature of Work: Monitor and troubleshoot the Network and Technology Services (NATS) project portfolio, identifying potential conflicts and problems and communicating those with the NATS team. Record and update project changes in the project portfolio. Assist in communicating project portfolio status updates to campus stakeholders. Record IT purchases and monitor the IT procurement process, including requests, purchasing, installation, and communication. Follow standards processes for reconciliation of financial information with other campus offices. Organize student workers for basic assignments.
Examples of Work: This is a full-time staff position within the Client Services team in the Network and Technology Services (NATS) Department. The ideal candidate will collaborate daily with NATS team members, vendors, and campus employees and customers. Activities performed by this position include but are not limited to the following below.
Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree or work related experience.
