Compliance Business Control Group Manager, SVP for Citibank, N.A. (Tampa, FL)
Analyze & develop HR risk mitigation policies, standards & operating procedures governing Citi's relationships w/ 3rd party personnel. Requires Masters in HR, Bus Administration, Management or related & 4 years experience as HRG, Compliance Control Officer or related position involving Non-Employee Management System. Will accept Bachelor's in stated fields & 6 years of the specified progressive, post-bach experience 4 years of experience must include: HRMS & IRM system; Fieldglass; Establishing corporate policy, governance docs, operating procedures & HR audit programs; Background screening regulations; Assessing bribery & corruption risk for 3rd party personnel; Defining/estblishing 3rd party on-boarding documentation globally to mitigate co-employment risk. 1 year of experience must include Sanctions Screening Workflow system; Assessing 3rd party contract terms & conditions against policy requirements; Prepping material in response to gov/reg audits & inquiries; Conducting internal investigations of fraud & employee misconduct; Non-exempt time recording systems, practices & OT regulation.
