We’re looking for an experienced medical practice manager for our branch office in the Dalton, GA area.

Responsibilities: Manage office receptionist. Maintain accurate patient records. Process patients appropriately, following company policy. Organize and manage patient flow. Communicate and fulfill instruction from the main office. Produce regular and special reports as required. Enforce compliance to company policies and procedures. Ensure that personnel policies are in place and implemented. Serve as liaison between office staff and upper management. Obtain necessary information for billing, review it for completeness and accuracy, and oversee the claims submittal process. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills. Advanced working knowledge of billing operations, including charges, coding, payment, insurance claims and appeals. Systems thinking approach to problem solving - ability/desire to root cause issues. Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and change that comes with building from scratch. Minimum three years in medical practice billing and coding. Advanced and current knowledge of HCPCS coding.

Nice to have: College degree. Project management experience.
